Start your month off right with the Resource Challenge
I have decided to create this Resource State Challenge for any time during 2022 to get a kick start on regulating your nervous system. What better way to start a new month with your best foot forward than by ensuring that you are prepared physically and mentally.
👉 Week 1 we will focus on Stillness – Taking time for yourself to ground, reflect, journal, and anchor.
👉 Week 2 will focus on Movement – Tune in and anchor.
👉 Week 3 we will Play – “The act of play itself may be outside of “normal” activities. The result is that we stumble upon new behaviors, thoughts, strategies, movements, or ways of being. – “Play” by Stuart Brown, M.D.
👉 Week 4 will be about Creativity – To remove any blocks that are stopping your creative side from blossoming.
👉 Week 5 (the last 3 days of the month) will be all about GOALS – Setting your intentions for the New Year, focusing on your Goals, and Anchoring.
